Welcome to the Howard Library!

The Howard Library is a magical place for students to go on adventures by hearing stories and lessons with our librarian Denise Warren-Heath.

Library check out days are Wednesday and Thursday every week. Each kindergarten class visits the library twice a week for story time and enrichment lessons.

Students are able to discover the love of reading with our vast variety of books and they get the opportunity to check out books on topics that they love. Students enjoy engaging centers and activities based on the books being discussed.

Not only do the students hear stories from our librarian, our families are also offered the opportunity to read to their child's class. Students also enjoy stories from visiting authors and San Antonio’s much loved storyteller Miss Anastasia.

There are many magical moments in our library for children and their families to share!
