You must have already submitted a referral for your child’s evaluation, filled out forms, and have had your residency cleared by Jennifer Frausto ([email protected] or 210-442-3700)  at our Education Development Center.

During the online registration you will need to upload the following:

**Child’s up to date shot records

**Child’s birth certificate

**Parent photo ID

**proof of residency that you live in the district.
